This will help you to better understand what you can afford in a home. Plus most seller’s agents won’t even consider showing a home unless the buyer has been pre-approved for a loan.

.)   Step Three: Hire The Right Realtor – Once you are pre-approved for a mortgage you need to hire a realtor who has experience in the area you want to live. The right realtor is extremely important when it comes to a successful home buying experience so be sure to do your homework and find the perfect one for you.

.)   Step Five: Make The Perfect Offer – Once you have found your dream home it is time for you and your realtor to craft the perfect offer. You want to be sure to make an offer that is low enough where you are happy but not too low that seller wont even consider it.

.)   Step Six: Close On Your New Home – It may take some negotiation first but your next step is to close on your new home. Your closing costs will typically include but are not restricted to your down payment, title fees, inspection fees, appraisal fees, attorney fees, etc.

.)   Step Seven: Move In – After you have closed on your new home and the keys are in your hand your next step is to move in. We recommend that you clean your new home from top to bottom so you can completely start new. Then unpack and start making this property your home.
